Amorphous is a new type of soft magnetic alloy material, which uses the advanced super-cooling technology to directly cool molten metal at a rate of millions of degrees per second, forming an amorphous thin ribbon with a thickness of 25-35μm, and obtaining an amorphous alloy structure with short range order and long range disorder on the atomic arrangement combination, which is completely different from traditional metals and alloy materials in terms of microstructure. Therefore, it has unparalleled excellent characteristics of traditional metal materials in physical properties, chemical properties, mechanical properties and many other aspects.
