The fully sealed power transformer cancels the oil storage tank, uses the warping plate of the corrugated oil tank body as the cooling element, and expands and shrinks with the increase and decrease of the transformer oil, so that the transformer is isolated from the atmosphere, prevents the deterioration of the oil and insulation moisture and aging, and enhances the reliability of operation. The core adopts high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which effectively improves the distribution of magnetic flux density in the core, reduces noise and reduces loss. Coil selection of high strength enameled wire (or paper covered wire) winding, cylinder type (or cake) structure, ampere-turns distribution uniform, reasonable insulation structure, with strong short-circuit resistance. The fasteners used in the fuel tank are all using stop nuts, which can ensure that they will not be loose during operation after long-distance transportation. The surface of the oil tank is coated with three anti-corrosion paints (moisture-proof, mildew proof, salt spray proof) after phosphating. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, petrochemical and other use of the environment is harsh occasions.
