Introduction
In order to standardize the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and other related requirements of our Fe-based amorphous soft magnetic alloy ribbon, this standard is formulated.
These technical conditions shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.

1 Range
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging and storage of Fe-based amorphous soft magnetic alloy ribbon (hereinafter referred to as ribbon).

3Terminology and definition
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T19345.1, GB/T19346.1, GB/T19346.2 and GB/T19346.3 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
The total power absorbed by a uniformly magnetized material per unit mass, expressed in watts per kilogram (W/kg).
3.2
Specific apparent power
The total apparent power transferred to a uniformly magnetized material per unit mass, expressed in voltamperes per kilogram (VA/kg).
3.3
The ratio of the cross-sectional area occupied by the magnetic material to the total cross-sectional area of the accumulation.
4Grade and classification representation
This standard specifies the grade and classification of the ribbon as follows:

XX:An integer value indicating the actual thickness of the ribbon, in microns
***:Represents the ribbon specification, the integer value of the ribbon width, the unit is mm
GN:Company abbreviation
4.2The grade of the ribbon
A grade :Many parameters of the ribbon are higher than the national standard
B grade :Ribbon parameters are the same as the national standard;
C grade :Ribbon several parameters are lower than the national standard.
5Technical requirements
This standard specifies that the ribbon shall comply with the geometric characteristics and AC magnetic properties specified in Table 1

6Test methods and rules
This standard specifies the ribbon inspection as specified in Table 2
6.1 Instruments
6.1.1Vernier caliper: measuring ribbon width, outside diameter
6.1.2Laminated tester, micrometer: measuring ribbon thickness, laminated coefficient
6.1.3Performance tester: Test the magnetic properties of the ribbon
6.1.4Tape measure: Measure the diameter of the roll
6.1.5Electronic scale: ribbon weight

7Marks , packaging and storage
7.1 Marks
For each roll of ribbon, a product label should be posted on the paper circle, the end of the ribbon and the outer packing box. The logo shall indicate the following:
a. Classification and specification of the ribbon
b. Basic product parameters customer required
7.2 Packaging
The ribbon should be packed with corrugated cardboard, the central paper ring of the tape tray is fixed on the wooden tray with customized wood block screws, the inside corners and the center of the carton are placed with desiccant and supporting cork, the outside of the ribbon tray is sealed with gas phase anti-rust paper and plastic film, the overall height of a single tray should not exceed four layers, and the nylon packing tape is fastened to the bottom of the wooden tray.
7.3 Storage
Ribbon should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry, anti-impact, away from fire environment, and take appropriate measures to prevent rain and moisture.
